We stick with a two-week release schedule at my firm.  It affords us extra agility to our customers&#039; changing needs, and keeps the lines of communications open.  It&#039;s also a way to ensure that we avoid any unnecessary engineering rat holes (devs never get a chance to dig too deep).</description>
